You mailed a donation to whom? Unless a member of your bishopric happens to be in the forum, nobody here is authorized to accept donations, and nobody here has an office.

If you mailed a donation to your bishop, you could ask him or your ward clerk whether your donation was received. Or, you could use the online donations web-app or perhaps in the Tools app.
