That's not a good solution for my wife. She's the Relief Society service coordinator and needs to know who is calling her.

I'm offering solutions that are in your control. This forum can't do anything about getting the app fixed faster.
By turning off the Member Tools Caller ID, you'd still have regular Caller ID.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
