Missionary Call Access Post-mission

Hello folks,

I'm a returned missionary who received a digital mission call through the missionary portal. I'd like to be able to see and print off my mission call, but I no longer have access to it through the missionary portal.
I have the email with a link to missionary portal, however; since I'm no longer a misskonary, I can't sign in. Is there any other way for me to access my mission call now?

I'm not sure how long you have been released, so I don't know if you could contact support and get it. If you still have access to your missionary email, is it possible you have a copy on your Google drive? Maybe it's on an old SD Card, or the computer you originally accessed the call with. Those would be my suggestions on where to look.

Perhaps you could be the one to call the Global Service Department with that question, and then return here and post your experience?

@richielloydbrown: Besides posting here in the Forum and hoping somebody with inside access (like yourself!) responds, what would the "official" suggestion be for a returned missionary with this request? Is it calling GSC? Just so we can point others to it in the future.

The challenge is that I'm not sure how long a mission call remains available, so I wouldn't want to create false hopes that the GSD will always help. Still, reaching out to the GSD would be the best route. Thanks, for checking.

Hi Richie, my husband and I served in 2020 in the Philippines. Can you also help us retrieve a copy of our mission calls? I called the GSD in but they were not able to help. Let me know what information you need to proceed. Thank you!
