You didn't say what device you have. Note that you need to be on Android 6.0 or higher to get the Member Tools app.
Sometimes it's available on Android Fire devices, but not always.

You can edit your phone # and email address on Member Tools. After you sync your data, the change should (eventually) flow to other systems that are linked. Or you can speak with your clerk (or membership clerk) and he can do it for you. If your clerk updates your information for you, give it a day or two, then sync your Member Tools data and you should see the corrected email address.
