Can’t sign in
Haven’t been able to sign in since last update two weeks ago. I get an “Invalid Password” response. It’s the same password that works on the website. I already tried changing my password via the website to only letters and numbers; still won’t work.

What platform are you on – Android, iOS, or Window?
Is your primary two-step verification option set to "Biometric Authenticators" at Account.ChurchofJesusChrist.org? This option doesn't currently work with the mobile apps (you'll need to add a different option if you want to use the apps).
