Okay folks...my research skills are lacking and it is probably right in front of me but...
What do we do when the new clerk pc shows up with a Spanish version of Windows on it?
Thank you,
John

ps They should have noticed this when it was set up for your unit so it seems a bit baffling to me.

The display language you select changes the default language used by Windows features, such as Settings and File Explorer.
Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language.
Choose a language from the Windows display language menu, or, under Preferred languages, select Add a language to install the one you want if it isn't listed.

Re: New Clerk PC with Spanish Version of Windows
I can see three possible solutions:
- Change the language of Windows. My only concern there is if you have some kind of version not intended for your country. It could lead to constant problems in updating.
- Kick it back to FM to get the right version/image.
- Contact church support for guidance.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Or 4, format the drive and reinstall Windows using the right language options.
