Change bishop's address in Staples system?

Our bishop has been in the calling since December 2020. The Staples ordering system still has the address of the previous bishop. How do I get that address changed?

Further context:

• I am the Ward Clerk and all the data points below are what I can see.

• The Church Directory of Organizations and Leaders has the new bishop's address everywhere I can find.

• store.churchofjesuschrist.org lists the new bishop's address in the list of "My Addresses"

• I don't see a place in the Staples website to change the address or trigger an update.

Staples has someone who manages the church's account and they can update the address. But you'll need to call the Global Service Department to get their email address.
