Hello all!
I am getting this error when trying to remove some old users from our Stake SMS:
Database Error : The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK__ActionIte__To_Us__3D73F9C2". The conflict occurred in database "jordanriverysa_StakeSMS", table "dbo.ActionItems", column 'To_UserID'. The statement has been terminated.
Has anyone encountered this error before and know how to fix it?

I assume you mean MLS, not SMS.
You can't delete any user that's done any financial transaction in the last three years plus current. So any involvement 2019 or later. You'll have to settle for deactivating the account.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

lol I apologize! I thought the system we were using to track calling called SMS was church wide. It is not. Thank you for your quick response. Sorry for the confusion

The application actually is called SMS. SMS is not developed by the Church. You will need to contact the developers of that application.
