MRN Error, Youth will need to resolve MRN Error

In attempting to authorize the youth in our stake for FSY registration we are getting errors for al of our youth. The error is in the “Youth Unit Report” in the Status Column. The error reads “ MRN Error: Youth will need to resolve the MRN Error before they are able to register.”

This error is there for accounts that I know are already active and linked to the MRN.

Any ideas for what is causing this? It doesn’t appear to be the usual duplicate account issues.

Just making sure - are you saying ALL of the youth are showing this error, or only some of them?

If it's all, then I'd suspect something messed up on the church side of things.

Yes, I sat with the Bishop as he pulled the Youth Unit Report and each YM and YW that is listed shows the error.

I'd suggest having the bishop or clerk (if he has access to this report) to contact support. They can open a ticket to get it to the developers.
