LDS tools is Saying i am not a member?

When i try and login to my LDS tools app, it is saying that i am not a member. I am! Then it says to update my membership status. I try and add my membership number to my account and it says it doesn't exist. I have contacted my ward clark about this and he says everything is updated and good to go. It still is not working on LDS tools. I am in the Stake Primary Presidency in my Stake and i really need to get into my LDS tools app for my calling. help!

The usual message is usually "Either the MRN and/or birthdate is not valid or the account already exists." You may have an account setup for FamilySearch or BYU or some such that you've forgotten about. The other thing is to make sure you have the correct MRN. Temple recommends are not always correct. If all else fails, the clerk will have to put you in touch with support. This is a user-to-user forum, so we can't fix the issue.

You can try to recover your username and reset your password by going to https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org ... e=username.

Follow the instructions in the post just before your post. If you have done that then post what exactly you have done that is not working and any error messages that may appear.
