Cannot login to lds account on iPad.

My mother is old and wanting to set a temple appointment but cannot access her account. I've been trying to help her recover but it keep giving us the error message. We even tried to recover using her phone number for a verification code but still nothing. Please need help with this so she can start setting up an appointment for her to attend the temple.

We can perhaps give ideas, but this is a user-to-user forum so we wouldn't have any access to other people's Church accounts. My first suggestion would be to have her contact her Ward Clerk, who can help her recover her account (and he can call Church Support for help if needed).

Just to be clear - The global service department (GSD) support will only speak to the church account owner. The ward clerk can get the support telephone number and give it to her. She will have to call GSD support to work through the issue.
