Time out error adding event

I am the building scheduler and everytime I try to schedule something in the caldender, it gives me a time out error. Can you please help me? I have called the stake, and the ward clerk, and no one seems to know how to fix it.

As a building scheduler, the only calendar you have access to is the building calendar. That's fine for private events or blocking it off for cleaning. But for unit events, the unit needs to put it on their calendar so the members can see it.

It's possible you've also been given edit rights to other calendars, but at best you'll only have the stake calendars and the calendars for the ward you're attending. You won't be able to have edit rights to all ward calendars.

It's possible the error arises because the back end detects a permissions error the User Interface is not enforcing.

But you might also try using your browser's incognito/privacy mode to see if that resolves the issue.
