Tags will not sync

Tags will not sync

I have created a couple hundred of tagged verses on my iPad using the latest version of Gospel Library. After a few days, I noticed that tags were not uploading to the server and do not appear on the website or my iPhone. On the iPad I get the error "Sync Failed", however, new notebooks and highlights do sync between all devices.

I have confirmed I am logged into the same account and I have hard closed and restarted the app several times, but I still get the same error.

Any thoughts on how to fix this issue without me losing all my tags?

There was a bug fixed this morning (on the sync server) that caused tags to not sync consistently for some users. Are you still seeing the issue?

Yes, the tags are now synced between all my devices so the bug fix worked.

Thanks to anyone how fixed it.

I have had a similar problem. I have tried deleting and downloading the gospel library app and it still says "Sync Failed". I have 5.12.6 12002 on my Ipad where the sync fails. I have the same version on my iphone where it works.

All my old tags on Gospel Library are not showing up. I have synced and it didn't help. Any ideas?

I'd recommend sending feedback through the app.
