Member Tools broke and I cannot connect with anyone to fix it
It refuses to recognize the correct pw and deleti g and adding was no help and I am ignored and cannot submit when Itry to authenticate my cell # Deborah

Hi Deborah, your ward clerk can get you the number to the church's help desk (GSC) and they'll work with you to regain access to your account.
