my familysearch account was deleted, and i did not do it. i created a new account, and now my ancestors won't show up. please help

Is suggest contacting FamilySearch. You can find that information under "help" on the website. This is a user-to-user support forum. No one here can fix your problem.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
