Password
Got an email for official letters. Sign in would not recognize my password. Changed my password and went back the email. It reacted the same way. Liked my old password and still can’t access the letter. So frustrating.

I'm wondering if you got the email in error. The site is only for certain callings.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
