Two Accounts

Hi! I happen to have two accounts, Helaman2012 and Helaman730 with different phone numbers when I decided to create a new account when I thought I won't be able to recover my first one. It is now causing confusion on my part as I can no longer reconcile which information I put on either account. I would like to retain the Helaman730 as this was my first one and delete the second one Helaman2012.

Please help.

You should ask your ward or branch clerk for the number to the Global Service Center. They will be able to help you combine the two accounts into one and keep the one you want.

Then, please go to the 'PLEASE READ FIRST' announcement topic/thread: viewtopic.php?f=92&t=30383

You'll find lots of answers there, particularly in the June 25, 2019 post: viewtopic.php?f=92&t=30383#p198015

If nothing in that thread solves the problem, please contact your ward/branch clerk and get the phone number for the Global Services Department. They can fix anything that can be fixed.

I have two accounts receiving the liahona 166 and 168. 50 095 and 50 094. Did I mess up when I renewed my subscription? I get two copies

You'll need to use the contact us at store.churchofjesuschrist.org.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
