Can't reset password

I am trying to reactivate my mother's church account. She is 85 and not tech savvy. She gets the email with the link to change password, but when I try to change her password, the "Set New Password" button stays dimmed. I don't have any way to save the new password. Help!

Do you have any warning messages under the field for the new password? For example, it should show a red message if the password is too short (it needs to be at least 12 characters) or if it's too simple (a common password or common sequence of characters). Also, the new password can't be the same as the previous password you used for your Church Account.
