We had to get new phone numbers and thought we had changed them...however the changes are not reflected in Tools. I am unable to find a way to make the changes.
I am the RS President and several people have suggested I update my number ....it is changed online, but doesn't show up on the Tools App. How can I make this happen for my and for my husband?

Keep in mind there's a "household" number as well as a "personal" number for each individual. Make sure to check both.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Have also found here that tools does not update phone numbers very promptly at all lately, sometimes takes days. Must be another sync issue. A refresh data by the user should bring in the new number, but it can be a more cumbersome process and most members do not know that option even exists.
