Join Circles in another ward?

We are temporarily assigned to be in another ward in the stake, but my daughter wants to continue to attend YW activities in our original ward. The original ward is going to stop sending emails and only post information about activities in the Gospel Living app. Is there a way to join the YW circle in a ward where our membership records do not reside?

Because Gospel Living is new, I don't know if it fully supports out-of-unit members, but for your daughter to continue to be on rolls, etc. in the other ward, the clerk in that ward could add her as an out-of-unit member. After adding her, the clerk may need to assign her to the correct class as well, in Leader and Clerk Resources.

Our youth are combined with the Spanish branch so we've created out-of-unit records for the youth in our ward but I can't seem to add them to the right Circles groups. Did you ever get any answers to your question?
