Missionary MyPlan not working on Firefox

Hello!
I'm a missionary who is preparing to return home and have been asked to complete the MyPlan program, but I've had trouble accessing it. Google Chrome, though it lets me access the program, won't save the progress I make. It asks me to use Firefox. So I tried to use an up-to-date version of Firefox, but when it takes me to the site from the Missionary Portal, it won't load, or at least I can't see the website. This is the URL it lands me on.

I'm a bit unfamiliar with website programming, so let me know if there's any other information I can put here that will help you help me troubleshoot.

Google chrome has been saving my progress so far, so i have been using it.

You may want to try clearing your browsing history & cache in Firefox.
I've also been having issues accessing the website with Firefox so I've started using Edge instead. I haven't tried cleaning my history yet in Firefox.
