I'm a regular user of LCR (stake exec sec) and several of the apps, particularly the missionary recommendations app. I'm on a MacBook Pro Apple OSX laptop, and usually use Google Chrome browser. It used to work just fine, then I noticed some features in the missionary app (like expand all) stopped working, and now it's gotten worse so that the missionary app isn't even usable (doesn't load) on Chrome, but is fine in Safari. I'm noticing now other frequently used items in LCR are starting to have more issues in Chrome, and outside of LCR, it seems like there are some on the church website and tools, like directory.churchofjesuschrist.org that are behaving similarly. Is anyone else seeing similar behavior?
Can someone help? Is Chrome going to continue to be a supported browser? I'm essentially functioning as the stake tech specialist (and was officially in the recent past as a stake clerk/stake asst clerk) and I'm having trouble finding info on this or where to get help/support.
I'm also in web development by trade, so I've tried most of the usual stuff already. My ad blockers are off (in both Chrome and Safari) for church sites, and it seems like in Chrome they get JavaScript errors in the console that don't appear on Safari. I'm quite sure it's caused by recent changes this year, because I've been doing this for the last few years without issues until relatively recently. The trend of things getting worse, and more things stopping to function correctly on Chrome is causing me more and more concern, since I don't want to have to switch to Safari for some of my calling-related stuff, while using a normal browser for everything else, like I'm having to start doing already.

Re: Lacking support for Google Chrome browser?
There's problems with old cookies. Parodically, I have to delete all cookies associated with the church and that clears things right up.
You can do a quick test in incognito mode.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

This issue was a big problem for me. I'm on a PC and over time, more and more of the church websites and tools stopped working for me (e.g. The Church Store website, the ward calendar, etc.
I had to google how to delete cookies from only one site, but once I did. All the issues went away!
Thanks for the suggestion!
