I have been using Chrome for some time on my mission- and lately I can't get the ldsmail outlook account to open.
I use this web address: https://owa.ldschurch.org/my.policy#path=/mail
I can get in when I use Edge instead of Chrome. Chrome works fine for my myldsmail.net and missionarymedical...
I'm using a Dell laptop with Windows 10.

I'd suggest starting with just https://owa.ldschurch.org and see how it works.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
