In the Missionary Online recommendation system portal, whenever I click a link to print my personal health history form a page comes up that says, "there was a problem accessing recommendation forms." I have enable pop-ups on my browser, I have logged in and and out of the portal many times, I have changed browsers, and I have tried to print from multiple computers, but I still get the same message. Any ideas on what to do?

We are having the same problem. Receiving message "There was a problem accessing the recommendation forms." We have our appointment in the morning and cannot access any of the forms. Did you find a solution?
