What I did:
Launched the app.
It shows this error right after showing the window. I tried reporting, but it does nothing. It later asks to set up things and loads some materials. Then I just see a downloading screen and later white screen.
It's a desktop computer.

Previously it worked, but it stopped to load at that beautiful Angel moroni loading screen, so I've reinstalled it.

Admins, could this post either be moved to the correct forum (Gospel Library for Windows) or could Gospel Library for Windows and Windows Phone Gospel Library be merged together to just Gospel Library for Windows? It seems a number of our users don't seem to distinguish the phone forum from the desktop forum.

Make sure you have Outlook or some other mail client set as your email client on your desktop. Without something to open, there's no way for Gospel Library to help you send a report.

Try downloading the beta version of the app from the Windows Store and let me know if that works for you. Also, try resetting Gospel Library via the Settings app in Windows, then be patient after going through the initial setup. Also, if you do hit that hang again, try closing and reopening the app and let me know how the app behaves.
