I recently bought an ipad mini and its locked to LDS Church.
Can anyone direct me to the right people that will help me unlock this?
Im based in Dublin Ireland.

I'd go back to the seller. It automatically unlocks at the end of the user's mission. They need to unlock it for you. Otherwise, you may have a stolen unit.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
