Is there any perspective of the biblie in portuguese being available?
What is really preventing it?

Copyright is preventing its inclusion. The Church is able to provide a copy of the text in Spanish and English because the version it includes are in the public domain, there is not yet a version of the text that is both available and has been formatted with the LDS study tools.
