Missionary Online Recommendation System

I have a stake assignment to maintain a photo board of all the missionaries from our stake. To do this, I access the Missionary Online System to see who has recently entered the MTC and download their photo for the photo board. I also include the name of their mission and the dates they will serve. The online system does not have a copy of the call letter so I have to telephone families or someone in the ward to get this information. It would be a big help to have a copy of the call letter entered into the online system or at least a link to it. Would this be possible?

I don't even think it needs to be the actual call letter. Just two fields that say "Mission" and "MTC Arrival Date". I am quite surprised you cannot get at that information, as they would seem pretty critical data given it is a Missionary online system.

I was surprised also and went back to the site to see if i had missed something, but I couldn't find anything. And yes, just the two fields would be all that was necessary....

I just checked and I do see arrival dates for missionaries in the MTC as well as missionaries in the field. When I expand the ward names in either of those categories to list the individual missionaries, the arrival dates for each display to the far right. It would however be nice to also have the mission/country listed also.

I should have clarified in my first post that all the information I need, including the dates, is on the site, only the mission area is missing. Does anyone read these forum posts that works on the the programming for the missionary site? Maybe they could tell us if the missing information could be integrated into the site.....
