API Radio Feed - Missing MP4 URLs

I am wanting to use radio API to provide the Bible Videos in an app
that I'm making. I noticed that several <mp4_url> tags are missing
from this feed:
http://tech.lds.org/radio?action=lds.ra ... ersion=2.0

Is it possible to get those fixed/added? I can't use the youtube
links in my app, so the mp4 urls are great for streaming the videos.
The 'New Testament Stories' program feed doesn't have any MP4 urls so
maybe they aren't available for some videos.
