We have been trying for three days now to print the, "Personal Health History" form in MSS but continue to get an error message of, "Sorry-something went wrong. Try signing out of the system and then signing in again. If that doesn't resolve the problem, restart your browser then sign in again". We have logged out, rebooted, tried Chrome, Firefox, IE used different PC's at different location with different firewalls all to no avail.
The same holds true for trying to print any of the four forms.
Any ideas?

Did you find out how to print the missionary forms? I have tried repeatedly on different browers, pcs and cannot print the medical or dental forms that doctors must fill out. Please help; have tried all on-screen directions. Even tried at the Seattle Mission office but had no success.

I would suggest that you use the Contact Us link near the top right of the header in the Missionary Online Recommendation System to let them know of the problem.
