Gospel library app charter headings

Is it possible to have the scripture number references in the headings link to the verses in each chapter?

When studying for a lesson, this would be a helpful ability.

1–3, Christ has all power; 4–5, All men must repent or suffer; 6–12, Eternal punishment is God’s punishment; 13–20, Christ suffered for all, that they might not suffer if they would repent; 21–28, Preach the gospel of repentance; 29–41, Declare glad tidings. (Doctrine and Covenants, Doctrine and Covenants, Section 19)

In the Gospel Library app, the scripture numbers are in blue, these are the ones I would like to see linked to the corresponding verses.
